You need to replace the Finder.png or Finder@2x.png files inside the Dock app package resources. Then in order for the Finder icon change to take effect you need to restart your mac in safemode (hold shift at the white screen when booting up). Once booted into safemode the icon change will finally take effect. You can boot into standard mode from then on.

Haha, yea man! The RAM cant be upgraded on the new rMBP's once they're built, so I figured I'd just go all in from the beginning. I've been checking Activity Monitor every once in a while, I have yet to go over 9GB of RAM being used. But I haven't really put it through the stress of running multiple adobe apps at once yet.
